1. Live location tracking of the personnel that has been assigned to you by the agency
The dedicated app that we will provide you with will help you to keep track of your assigned personnel in real time. With the help of GPS, you will get the current position of the assigned personnel and you will be also able to send personnel to a new location by marking it on the map. This can prove to be a very tactical move in certain conditions when you can just update the location of the personnel on the map, instead of conversing verbally or sending texts. It will also be efficient as you are marking the location exactly on the map, leaving no doubts whatsoever as to where the personnel has to go.
2. Night Shift checking of the assigned personnel
As we already mentioned in why you should choose us section?, the most common complaints about the night shift guards is that they are frequently sleeping while they should be awake and doing watch duty. So we devised a way to check on the guards. You can check on your guard by scheduling to send a notification during night-time randomly. If the guard doesn’t respond to the notification on his phone via clicking on the link or giving a missed call on a certain number, you will get a reply notification that the guard is sleeping soundly. In that case, you will complain to us and we will take the necessary steps.
3. Check and select your own team of personnel after choosing the agency
After you have decided on the kind of service you need and you have opted for an agency to serve you, you will get the roster of all their available personnel. Now if you have any particular need like you need a bodyguard who is female, another one who speaks a particular language and another one who has live combat experience, you can personalize your team according to your needs. You can also check out their portfolios and work experience in their profile. All their personal information will be available. You can also report to us if you find any discrepancy in the information somehow.
4. Rating and Review System
